I must be crazy...
I am 100+ pounds overweight and in the worst shape of my life, yet I just registered myself to run in a 5K race in 5 months! Told ya I'm crazy..
I started this blog to keep a journal of my training for this adventure.
I'm using the Couch to 5K app to help me get in shape for this, and I had my first official training day yesterday.
Today I can barely walk without remembering why running is NOT my favorite activity! My legs are hurting but overall I feel good about what I'm doing.
